Studied business administration and international management with a focus on aviation management (airport, airline, air traffic mgmt). President of flylinz flight school Linz, consultant at Organisation for International Economic Relations (OiER) in connection with the United Smart Cities project of the UN, freelance business consultant with a focus on business development & strategy, organisational development, start-ups and financing. Taught at the Johannes Kepler University Linz and at the University of Applied Sciences Krems and was a freelance coach for various renowned seminar providers. More than 30 years of experience in commercial and retail banking, most recently as vice president at Bank Austria UniCredit AG, responsible for the business customers and independent professions in Austria segment.

Mag. Ulrike Wagendorfer



Studied at the Vienna College of Media Technology and Media Management and at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and the Royal Institute of Art Stockholm, Sweden (majored in photography and art in public spaces). Began working as a producer and project manager in the creative industries in 2008 (including Staudinger Franke GmbH, KÖR GmbH, Red Bull GmbH), as well as project manager and designer at Studio Peter Kogler. From 2014-2018 marketing manager international at Red Bull FZE, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Simultaneously worked in the areas of brand development and innovation programmes.

Mag. Andrea Friedl



Studied international economics at the Leopold Franzens University in Innsbruck and at the Limburgs Universitair Centrum in Belgium. Has been working as a marketing, product and project manager since 2007 in both the B2C and B2B sectors with a focus on dialogue and direct marketing.

Ben Leitner, M.A.



Studied politics, international relations and European studies in Bristol, Bath, Siena and Berlin. Consultant at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) for External Relations (G-77) and project manager for sustainable energy (2009-2012). As part of the professional staff responsible for setting up the UN/World Bank Sustainable Energy for All (SE4All) office and executive assistant to the United Nations Under-Secretary-General, H.E. Kandeh Yumkella (2013-2015); communications & outreach officer for SE4All (2015-2016). Policy advisor for foreign affairs and international development cooperation for NEOS (2017). Consultant for smart city development and project management since 2018.

DI Dr. Norbert Frischauf


Currently a partner at SpaceTec Partners and co-founder of Off-World, MIRA and several other start-ups. He is an experienced and knowledgeable technologist with global perspective in various industrial sectors and scientific fields, including experimental physics, electrical engineering and aerospace engineering. As such, he has worked at CERN, the European Space Agency (ESA), the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and several national government agencies across Europe and of the European Commission (EC). He is a leading member of several associations (such as IAA, OEWF), an active science communicator and an aerobatic pilot enthusiast.

Christine Harb, MBA


Christine is currently Vice President Marketing at Visa Inc. in Dubai and is responsible for building the brand strategy in Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA). In her role, she oversees media and creative marketing campaigns, directs operational efficiency and drives Visa’s digital transformation and roll out of products and solutions. She is a highly experienced executive for the marketing and digital industries, bringing to Visa more than fifteen years of experience. Previously, she was Global Luxury Lead and Head of Marketing MENA at Facebook. She had senior positions before that with marketing brands such as Nike and Red Bull. Christine holds an MBA from IE Business School and a master’s degree in marketing from Panthéon-Sorbonne Paris I. A strong advocate for education, she is an integral member of a career board and supports young professionals in making career decisions.

Joëlle Harb, M.A.


Joëlle is a highly experienced executive for financial markets and investments and currently holds the position of Head of Investments and Portfolio Manager at Octo AM in Paris. In her role, she is in charge of investment and capital markets and defines customised financial strategies for investors in Europe, the US and emerging markets. She brings with her more than eighteen years of experience from Europe and the Middle East. She started her career as a fund manager and analyst at Dexia Asset Management in Paris, then headed the fixed income desk at Société Général in Dubai. Joëlle holds the Chartered Financial Analyst CFA® charter, a master’s degree from HEC Paris Management School and a diploma in international law from Panthéon-Assas University Paris, as well as a bilingual degree in law from Saint-Joseph University in Beirut. She has been vice president of CFA Society France and a board member since 2018.

Mag. Karl-Heinz Krenn


Studied business administration, self-employed management consultant since 1991 with a focus on corporate clients, SMEs, financing and grants, liquidity management, business handover and business succession. Lecturer at an international seminar provider, more than 30 years of banking and management experience (Unicredit Bank Austria AG) in the areas of corporate and small business, mergers & acquisitions, housing finance, restructuring, settlement (credit factory), management and supervisory board roles.


Mag. Michael Mahlknecht


Studied economics at the Leopold Franzens University in Innsbruck, numerous international projects with 20 years of experience in the finance and software sector, co-founded a fintech company and was a board member for finance and IT at Banco do Brasil in Vienna (EU headquarters). Today, he is a consultant for financing, digitalisation, start-ups/scale-ups and all strategy-related matters.
